Description:

mosqueta rose hip grows wild in the foothills of the Andes in Chile and Argentina, where it has almost become invasive. The flowers are white or pink, and fruit or berries resemble European rose hip. By cold pressing of the seeds is obtained an orange oil with characteristic green odor.

Rosehip oil is rich in essential fatty acids : linoleic acid (omega 6) and linolenic acid (omega 3). It also contains the provitamin A (beta-carotene) and retinol.

Applications, properties:

rosehip oil is used for the treatment of skin diseases : dermatitis, acne, eczema, psoriasis, etc ... also for the treatment in depth of burns, vergitures, scars, skin wounds, skin aging caused by sun exposure.
